Refund Policy

How refunds work for Prosperity, in line with Paddle, Apple App Store, Google Play, and EU consumer law.

Last updated: 25 May 2026

Overview

Refund handling depends on where you bought your subscription. Web purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, who act as sellers of record for those platforms.

Web purchases (Paddle)

Refunds for web purchases are handled by Paddle on our behalf. Eligibility:

  • EU customers — 14 day right of withdrawal. If you live in the European Union and have not yet started using the purchased Pro features, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • All customers — service issues. If a technical issue prevents you from using Pro for an extended period, contact us; we will work with Paddle to issue a refund.
  • Outside the 14 day window. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion.

To request a Paddle refund: email team@prosperityapp.es with your purchase email and the Paddle order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email). We respond within 5 business days.

App Store refunds (iOS)

Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled directly by Apple.

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to purchase.
  3. Select Request a refund, choose a reason, then select the Prosperity charge.
  4. Submit. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

Google Play refunds (Android)

Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund directly in the Play Store. After 48 hours, use Google Play Help and Google may route the request to us; we review within 5 business days.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period unless EU consumer rights apply.

  • Web: use the cancellation link in your purchase confirmation email, or the account portal linked from the app.
  • iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Prosperity → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Prosperity → Cancel.

Lifetime purchases

One-time lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been delivered, except where required by law. The EU 14-day withdrawal right applies only if you have not yet started using the feature.

EU consumer rights

The 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is set by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and transposed into Spanish law by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. By starting to use Prosperity Pro you provide express consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once performance has begun, in line with Article 16(m) of the Directive.
